Branch Newsletter: The Kawartha Periodical | Important Dates
The Kawartha Periodical
Annual membership in the Kawartha Branch includes all issues of our newsletter, the Kawartha Periodical issued four times a year (spring, summer, fall, and winter).
In addition, the Loyalist Gazette, a wonderful magazine published twice a year (Spring and Fall) by the United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada, is provided to members in good standing.
Members who wish to submit articles for the newsletter should contact the Kawartha Branch secretary.
Special Dates to Remember
October 1, 2011 - Branch Fall Banquet
(our 32nd anniversary year)
Location: St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church.
Corner of Murray & Water Streets, Peterborough.
Enter Church via Murray street entrance.
- Social time 5:30 pm
- A punch will be available
- Dinner at 6:00 pm sharp.
Menu:
- Salad, Potatoes, Vegetables, Roast Beef
- Dessert, Tea & Coffee.
- If you have any dietary restrictions, please advise Joan Lucas (705 -876-9800) at least 1 week prior to the event.
Tickets $30.00 per person in advance. We must know the head count one week prior to the event.
Door prizes – anyone wishing to donate a door prize, please wrap and bring to banquet.
