UELAC Promotions Catalogue

Branch Name: Many of the clothing items can have that little extra touch if you are a member of UELAC -- have your Branch Name Embroidered for $3.50

Colours: We have not seen all the colours except in the catalogue. All garments come with the flag and the words United Empire Loyalists’ Association of Canada embroidered on the left chest. Once garments are ordered in they cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping: Orders are shipped directly to the member unless otherwise requested. Shipping and Handling will be added to the bill which will be sent to the Branch. The member then remits payment to the Branch for the final bill ( cost of item plus S&H ). The profit for the Branch is made when Promotions 2014 bills the Branch.

Placing Your Order
There are two ways to place your order:
1. Order through your branch coordinator, arrange payment terms, and they will deal with the Committee.
2. Order directly from the Promotions Committee.

Payment can be done two ways. Your Branch can be billed, or you can pay the Promotions Committee directly, in which case prepayment is required.

Ordering Checklist:
When you are ordering, consider the following and be sure to include information as necessary for each item:

• Name of item
• Style
• Style number (especially for jackets)
• Size
• Colour
• Quantity
• Price
• Embroidered branch name ($3.50 extra)
• Total price

Many branches have a copy of the catalogue on paper, so if you wish you can check with them to see it. Normally, however, this online catalogue will be more current.
