Biography : Ebenezer emigrated to Canada in 1777. In 1777 he enlisted in the Queen's Loyal Regiment and fought in many battles prior to 1783. He received 600 acres of land in Cornwall and later was removed from the Loyalist list. Because of his advanced age, he never applied for reinstatement.
