Wife Name : On July 4th, 1785 Randy and Hester Proctor (d August 1849) were married in Montreal by Reverend David C. Delisle, minister of the Christ Church Anglican congregation. Hester was the daughter of loyalist refugees Joseph and Mary Proctor nee Fanning who came into Canada from Balstown, NY soon after cessation of hostilities.
